     Business/Investor Visas HomeAbout Us

This category involves temporary and permanent visas. Temporary visas include E visas for foreign investors from treaty trader nations and L visas for intercompany transfers. The L visa is a tool for a foreign-based company wishing to establish a business in the United States and to transfer certain qualified employees to the new U.S. office. The main benefit of the L visa is that, if the transferee wishes to obtain permanent residence, the labor certification process can often be bypassed and the transferee can obtain lawful permanent residence as a multinational executive or manager. This visa also covers the transferee's spouse and all children under twenty-one years of age.

In the past few years there have been some changes to the laws regarding investor visas. Our firm has developed long term strategies to help foreign business people invest in and immigrate to the United States. Please call us at 919-788-9996 so a board-certified immigration attorney can start working on your case as soon as possible.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and the Discover Card.
